Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Researching customer needs, competitive movement, and market trends to identify new product development opportunities
  • Collecting internal product requirements and developing product plans
  • Working with the development team to meet product objectives
  • Coordinating interdepartmental activities during product launch and implementation
  • Supporting sales and marketing activities
  • Developing alternative/new applications to further improve margins and product acceptance in the marketplace
Primary management responsibilities also include development of product specifications and product development prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. preferred
  • 3+ years of solid Product Management experience at an Internet or software company
  • Solid understanding of technology
  • Solid understanding of Windows based product design
  • Strong analysis and strategic skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the residential real estate industry a major plus.
  • Experience in Secondary Education or job training a plus
