Responsibilities:
- Researching customer needs, competitive movement, and market trends to identify new product development opportunities
- Collecting internal product requirements and developing product plans
- Working with the development team to meet product objectives
- Coordinating interdepartmental activities during product launch and implementation
- Supporting sales and marketing activities
- Developing alternative/new applications to further improve margins and product acceptance in the marketplace
Primary management responsibilities also include development of product specifications and product development prioritization.
Qualifications:
- B.S. preferred
- 3+ years of solid Product Management experience at an Internet or software company
- Solid understanding of technology
- Solid understanding of Windows based product design
- Strong analysis and strategic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the residential real estate industry a major plus.
- Experience in Secondary Education or job training a plus
